I applied to Meditemp over the summer and found the recruitment process really simple. I had a named person I could call and ask any questions to throughout the entire process and had very clear instructions of exactly what I needed to do and provide. Once I was registered I was handed over to a named member of the bookings team. I had a line of work straight away with a local hospital and have had regular shifts since. I am constantly in contact about my availability and they work really hard to get me work on my preferred days. Working for Meditemp couldn’t have been any easier and they’re such a friendly team – couldn’t have asked for a better agency to join.

Since transitioning from my substantive post to becoming an agency nurse for Meditemp I haven't really looked back. If I've ever had a question they are answered promptly and the whole team are professional and ensure that each nurse/member of staff feel valued. Staff are always kept up to speed with the latest information, and placements are always found and tailored for each individual persons work life balance. I can confidently say that Meditemp staff go the extra mile to ensure our professional needs are met and our training requirements are kept up to a high standard to ensure we deliver excellent care for our patients. As a Psychiatric Nurse it is important that I work only for a company with such excellent standards, as this also reflects upon me as a clinician, therefore I cannot speak highly enough for Meditemp and the service they provide to staff and hospitals requiring a high calibre of clinical care from their clinicians.

 Meditemp have always provided us with ongoing support for bookings, they always supply cover to the hospital when it’s needed, and their support workers are always friendly and hard working. Their staff on the other end of the phone are so friendly and easy to talk to and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help where they can. Highly recommended!
